* Customer Responsibilities

Delivery/Pickup standby time at $85.00 per hour during delays
Customer responsible for obtaining any relevant operating permits
State and local taxes. Tax-exempt customers must supply an exemption certificate
Any and all required union labor
Full replacement insurance on equipment (Certificate must be provided prior to delivery)
All lifting/off-loading of equipment (if applicable)
All services provided by Cooling Tower Depot^® are subject to our Terms and Conditions, Form No. 114
